What is a Medical Consult?

A one-on-one telephonic discussion between the Claims Examiner or Defense Counsel and one of our physician advisors. This service is interactive and may involve multiple telephone conversations and review of documents while a medical case strategy is developed.

Why would I need a Medical Consult?

  •  Provide insightful questions to be posed to Claimants, Employers and/or Treating
     Physicians
  •  I.D. potential for diagnosis to result in permanency
  •  I.D. potential for apportionment
  •  Understand the medical evidence as presented and that which would be required
with respect to Diagnosis, Causal Relationship, MMI, Permanency and/or
     Apportionment
